Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can whole tomatoes, smashed (use all the juice)
    1 c. cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    Saute the celery, onion and mushrooms in butter.
    In saucepan, place sauteed ingredients and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
    In individual bowls, place Fritos, grated Cheddar cheese and desired amount of picante sauce.
    Pour hot soup over this and serve.
    This is very fast to make and is delicious.
