Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. melted oil
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix together milk, egg and oil.
    Add milk mixture to cornmeal mixture.
    Stir only enough to mix.
    Fill greased baking pan 1/2 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
