Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2/3 c. tomato paste
    2/3 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. red beans
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. Fritos
Preparation
    Cook garlic, beef and oregano until meat is dry.
    Cook onion, salad oil and chili powder until limp.
    Add to meat.
    Add tomato sauce, paste, water, beans, salt and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Put Fritos in bottom of dish.
    Cover with mixture and put cheese on top. Bake.
