Chocolate Velvet Cake Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 stick butter or oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
Slowly stir in boiling water until smooth.
Cook, stirring constantly,\tuntil mixture
thickens.\tAdd chocolate and butter; stir until
melted. Remove
from
heat.
Add vanilla.
Pour into a bowl
and
chill, stirring
often, until it becomes spreading consistency.
