Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground chuck
5 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 onion, quartered
3 to 4 carrots, sliced
3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. English peas
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook ground chuck until brown, breaking into chunks (not crumbly).
Drain any fat.
In Dutch oven, add meat, water, bouillon and onion.
Bring to boil.
Add vegetables.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Serves 6 to 8.
