Salmon Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (16 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 small onion, grated
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, discarding bone and skin.
    Beat eggs. Grate onion.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoons into hot fat; cook until golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
