Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    Tony Chacheres Creole seasoning
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown together meat, seasoned with Tony Chacheres seasoning, onion, pepper and celery.
    Drain fat.
    Put in casserole dish. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Check the last half hour to see if rice is cooked.
    If dry, add 1/2 cup of water and stir.
    May add more cheese to top, if desired.
