Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
original or reduced-fat baking mix*
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Stir ingredients until blended.
Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. Makes 12 or 13
pancakes.
