Carrot And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans carrots, sliced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    wheat or herb croutons
Preparation
    Drain carrots and put in casserole.
    Heat 1 stick butter and cheese in microwave until melted.
    Pour cheese mixture over carrots.
    Stir croutons together with 1/2 stick melted butter. Pour on top of carrots.
    Cook, uncovered, 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
