Cheese-Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. haddock
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    3 slices dry white bread
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish.
    Place fish in baking dish.
    Pour lemon juice over fish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
