Kielke - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
Preparation

Add more milk, if necessary.
Mix into a dough and roll out in sheets.
Roll up a sheet of dough as you would a jelly roll.
Cut off short, thick noodles.
Shake them out so they do not stick together.
Drop into a kettle of boiling water and cook 5 minutes. Strain and let water run through them.
