Veal And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal (for stew)
    2 green peppers, sliced
    large onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    large can tomato sauce
    olive oil
    oregano
    basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown veal in olive oil and garlic.
    Add oregano, basil, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
    Add additional can of tomato sauce, if desired or needed.
    Cook covered on low heat for 1/2 hour.
    Add sliced peppers and sliced onions and continue cooking for another 1/2 hour.
    Serve over white rice.
