Potato Planks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes (about 3)
    vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes for boiling.
    Cut lengthwise into eights. Set oven control to broil and/or 550\u00b0.
    Place potatoes, cut side down, in ungreased jelly roll pan.
    Brush with oil.
