Chicken Elegante - cooking recipe

Ingredients

large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. white wine
1 chicken, cut up
grated cheese

Preparation

Mix together soups, onion and wine.
Salt and pepper chicken. Place in large baking dish.
Pour soup mixture over it.
Cover top with grated cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
