Swedish Meatballs(Simple Family Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. finely ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix ingredients together lightly; gently form into small balls (1 1/2-inch).
Brown in hot fat; add about 1/4 cup hot water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Thicken pan gravy; flavor with beef bouillon if needed.
