Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. backfin crab meat
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Blend all ingredients except crab meat and 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese in food processor.
Fold in crab meat and put in serving dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and paprika.
Serve with mild crackers.
