Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or ground round
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except tomato sauce) and mix with hands. Form into loaf. Top with tomato sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
