Best Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. basil
    dash of allspice
    3 Tbsp. Tapioca
    2 lb. stew meat
    4 large potatoes diced
    4 carrots sliced
    3 stalks celery chopped
    1 29 oz. large can whole tomatoes
Preparation
    In a large pot, mix in order; stew meat, vegetables and seasonings.
    Add over vegetables the tomatoes and tapioca.\tBake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Then turn oven to 300\u00b0 for three hours. Bake at least 3 1/2 hours before mixing.
