Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. rice (raw)
    1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
    1 can mushrooms and liquid
    1 1/2 cans consomme
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown rice and onions.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 45 to 60 minutes.
