Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 small bottle red food color
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vinegar.
Sift flour and soda together.
Mix flour and buttermilk alternately with egg mixture. Add vanilla and food coloring.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake edges separate from pan (makes 3 layers).
