Party Time Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    3 baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    Velveeta cheese spread, quartered
    6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to broil.
    Mix together sour cream and chives. Lightly brush both sides of potatoes with margarine and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Broil 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
    Top potatoes with Velveeta and bacon.
    Continue broiling until cheese spread begins to melt.
    Serve with sour cream mixture.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
