Plum Nut Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. prepared fruit (about 2 1/2 lb. ripe plums)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    6 c. sugar
    1 box Sure-Jell
Preparation
    To prepare fruit: Pit (do not peel) 2 1/2 pounds of fully ripe plums.
    Chop very fine.
    Measure 4 cups in a large saucepan.
    Add orange juice and orange rind and mix well.
    Add chopped nuts. Then make the jam.
