Orange Loaf Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
grated rind of 1 orange
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add salt, orange rind and egg yolks to butter and sugar mixture.
Mix well.
Add alternately the orange juice and sifted flour and baking powder. Lastly, fold in stiffly whipped egg whites.
Pour into loaf pan lined with greased wax paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
