Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add hot water.
    Cook in double boiler. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the butter or margarine.
    Stir and serve warm over ice cream.
