Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs, separated
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Early in the day or day before:
In a 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan, combine cracker crumbs, butter and sugar.
With back of spoon or hand, pat firmly into bottom of pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Cool.
Beat at high speed and gradually add 1 cup sugar until eggs stand stiff and glossy.
