Ingredients

4 ripe bananas
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. dark rum
vanilla ice cream
whipped cream (optional)
Preparation

Saute halved bananas in butter.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to saucepan.
Saute 3 to 5 minutes.
Put 1 scoop of good vanilla ice cream on dish.
Place bananas next to ice cream; pour sauce over ice cream and bananas.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
