Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 regular can yellow or Shoepeg corn
1 small can peas
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small jar pimento
1 green pepper
1 small onion
1/2 c. celery
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Drain corn, peas, chestnuts and pimento.
Slice or chop green pepper, onion and celery.
Marinate vegetables several hours or overnight in oil, vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Drain before serving.
