Deer Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. deer steak, tenderized
    pepper to taste
    flour
    1 large onion
    1 c. Wicker's barbecue marinade sauce
Preparation
    Roll meat in flour with pepper.
    Spray dish with Pam spray. Place meat inside; top with sliced onion.
    Pour Wicker's sauce around edges of meat.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until tender.
