Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 can French-style beans, drained
    1 can small green peas, drained
    1 onion, sliced (cut in 1/2)
    1 green pepper, sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Boil sugar, salt, vinegar and celery seed until it foams. Then add 3/4 cup oil and mix.
