Sunny Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. quarter-inch sliced carrots
    10 oz. pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in water with salt and sugar until tender. Drain.
    Mix mustard, butter and pepper.
    Spoon over vegetables.
