Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained well
    1 lb. zucchini squash, cooked and drained well
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 small box sliced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and add 1/2 box Stove Top stuffing (cornbread or herb).
    Put in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Add other 1/2 of stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
