Corned Beef O'Brien - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1 (5 oz.) Armour Star corned beef hash
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In frypan, cook onion and green pepper in butter/margarine 5 minutes.
    Add hash.
    Heat, stirring occasionally until mixture is crisp and brown as desired.
    Sprinkle with cheese; cover pan.
    Heat 5 minutes.
    Makes 2 servings.
