Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can mushrooms
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    12 oz. tomato paste
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    parsley and oregano
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in oil.
    Add next 10 ingredients. Simmer uncovered.
    Stir occasionally 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles as directed.
