Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. black beans (canned), rinsed and drained
    1 small can niblets canned corn (fat regular can), drained
    1 tsp. Italian herbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. diced avocado
    1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/3 c. finely chopped cilantro or parsley
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Mix dressing of oil, vinegar and spices.
    Add black bean mixture (first 8 ingredients).
    Correct for more herbs or cumin if needed. Chill.
    Really delicious; you might want more vinegar too.
