Simple Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, halved
    3 cans kidney beans
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Tabasco
    2 Tbsp. chili powder (Mexican style)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain off fat.
    Add other ingredients. Bring to boil.
    Simmer 30 to 60 minutes or more.
    Makes 2 quarts.
