Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 cans water
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/3 c. diced green peppers
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, water, onions, green peppers, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper in saucepan.
    Cover and bring to full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered.
    Stir with fork.
