Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into bowl.
    Make a well in the center and place eggs and water in well.
    Blend by hand until a ball forms. If too dry, add more water.
    Place on floured board and knead until smooth and elastic.
    Cover with bowl and let rest 20 minutes.
