Holiday Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, boiled
    1 large chopped onion
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large jar pimiento
    4 slices bread, cubed
    2 sticks oleo, cubed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
