Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 c. milk
1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and flour together in top of double boiler.
Mix milk and beaten egg and add to dry ingredients.
Cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Cool.
Add pineapple and pour into baked pie shell.
