Mile High Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed graham crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine and press graham cracker mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, salt and egg whites in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix at high speed for 15 minutes. Beat whipping cream until fluffy and gently add to strawberry mixture. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Combine strawberry and whipping cream mixture.
    Spread on top of graham cracker crust. Freeze.
