Turkey Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. young turkey wings
    2 sticks margarine
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 16 oz. canned, sliced mushrooms
    4 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Rinse wings; place in pot of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 1/2
    to
    2 hours.
    Remove skin and debone turkey.
