Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
3 c. chopped apples (approximately 4 apples)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a greased sheet pan or 1 hour in a Bundt pan.
