Microwave Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. hot water
4 to 5 c. lasagne noodles (uncooked)
2 c. Ricotta cheese, drained
3 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and drain fat.
Add spaghetti sauce and water; mix well.
Spread 1/3 of meat sauce in 12 x 7 x 2-inch pan.
Arrange 1/2 of the uncooked noodles over sauce.
Spread with 1/2 of the Ricotta.
Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella.
Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Double wrap tightly with Saran Wrap.
Cook on High for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.
Cook on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serves 6.
