Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. American cheese
1/2 c. butter
16 oz. bag frozen vegetable blend containing broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 c. crushed butter crackers (about 30)
Preparation

Cut cheese into cubes and place in saucepan with half of the butter.
Heat over medium heat until melted.
Place vegetables in a 1-quart casserole dish.
Pour cheese mixture in and mix well. Melt remaining butter and stir in cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle mixture over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
