Quick Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large unpared cooking apples
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. margarine
    dash of ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut apples vertically into halves. Remove cores.
    Place halves, cut side up, in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
    Mix brown sugar and flour.
    Spoon into center of each half.
    Place 1/2 teaspoon margarine on brown sugar mixture on each half.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High until apples are tender (3 to 4 minutes).
