Microwave Eggless Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar (I like 2)
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted vegetable oil
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add oil and milk.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Bake in 9-inch square or pie pan in microwave for 9 minutes.
    No need to cover.
    Serves 6 to 8.
