Sour Cream Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, boiled and boned (I use 4 to 6 skinless breast pieces boiled in chicken broth)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water chestnuts
    dash of garlic salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 stack Ritz crackers or 1 pkg. Waverly Wafers
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and spread in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish or 12 x 12 x 2-inch.
    Cover chicken with drained water chestnuts.
