Spaghetti Squash(Zucca Di Spaghetti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) spaghetti squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Halve squash and scoop out seeds.
    Place cut side down, in
    a glass
    baking
    dish with 1 cup water.
    Cover with clear plastic wrap.
    Place
    in microwave and cook on High for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
    When tender, with fork scrape squash out
    of
    shell forming thin spaghetti.
    In large skillet saute onion in butter until onion is translucent.
    Add squash, salt and pepper and
    cook for about 15 to 20 minutes on medium-low heat.
    Makes 6 servings.
