Fall Fruit Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. apples (about 5)
    1/2 lb. red grapes (about 1 1/4 c. halved)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tsp. dried
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel and slice the apples.
    Halve the grapes.
    Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
    Add the apple, salt, pepper and dried tarragon, if using.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until tender, 3 or 4 minutes.
    Stir in grapes and warm about 30 seconds.
    Stir in fresh tarragon and lemon juice.
    Serve.
