Fried Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dried apricots
    1 pkg. dried apples
    1 pkg. dried peaches
    white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook fruit in separate containers until well done.
    Add 1/4 cup white sugar to each container.
    Mash with potato masher while hot.
    Mix all together in one container.
    Place in refrigerator. Let set overnight.
    When ready to make pies, add to fruit mixture cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
